The workshop is designed to teach a person how to be a truthful, persuasive and likable witness. It is conducted by the distinguished faculty of the Wilmington Institute in collaboration with the attorney who prepares the witness.

The program was created
by Dr. Robert Gordon, a leading international expert in witness preparation. It has been successfully presented to more than 1000 witnesses in important cases over the past 30 years. This interesting and enjoyable workshop has three phases-

The workshop is presented in a full or half day format. One or more witnesses may be prepared at the same time.
The content of the workshop is proprietary. The learning process and results are confidential. We prepare witnesses in every federal, state and local venue. We have worked with witnesses in international forums and in various languages with an interpreter. In Texas, the workshops are conducted in our Likable Witness Labs located in Dallas and Houston. The Labs have simulated courtrooms, arbitration settings and conference rooms for depositions. State-of-the-art visual presentation systems are available.
